El Rose ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. El Rose is a handmade jewellery and accessories business based in Queensland, Australia. Our online store is powered by Shopify.
The information we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
- Order details — the items you buy, return or exchange, and your order history.
- Payment confirmation details. We never see or store your full card number; payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers.
- Account details if you create an account (such as your preferences).
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit our site, such as your device, browser, IP address and how you use the site, including through cookies.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact us, or sign up to our emails. We also collect some information automatically through our website and cookies, and from the service providers who help us run the store.
How we use it

- process, make and ship your orders, and provide customer service;
- manage your account and keep you updated about your order;
- send you marketing or news about El Rose, but only where you have chosen to receive it — you can unsubscribe at any time;

- Shopify, which hosts our store;
- payment providers, to process your payment securely;
- shipping and delivery partners, to get your order to you;
